Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Recom made through rahuxai. Recom is a digital software product delivered electronically.

1. No-refund policy

Because Recom is a digital product that is delivered and downloadable immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed and the installer is made available, we are unable to offer refunds.

2. About software issues

Recom is software, and like any software it may occasionally have bugs or crash on certain system configurations. If you run into a problem, please contact our support and we will help you. Fixes for confirmed issues are delivered through upcoming updates — in some cases you may need to wait for the next update for a resolution. A bug or crash that we are working to fix does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.

3. One-time purchase — nothing to cancel

Recom is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is no subscription to cancel and you will not be charged again.

4. Payment made in error

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us within 7 days at contact@rahuxai.com with your payment ID and we will review it.
