Welcome to rahuxai. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (rahuxai) and the purchase and use of Recom, a Windows screen recorder and editor ("the Software"), operated by Rahul Gupta ("we", "us", "rahuxai"). By using this website or purchasing the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Software & license

When you purchase Recom, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to install and use the Software on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or remove any proprietary notices from the Software.

2. Payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the website. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking details. The advertised price is a limited-time offer and may change at any time; the price applicable to you is the one shown at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery

Recom is a digital product. After a successful payment, you will be able to download the installer and receive access details by email. There is no physical shipment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Software lawfully and not to record or capture any content you do not have the right to record. You are solely responsible for the content you create using Recom.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software or this website.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
